Job Overview:

As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with various customer needs to ensure a positive experience with our company. Your role is pivotal in building customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions. Manage complaints and troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders. Ensure accurate order entry and follow up on order status.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve products, services, and processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues. Share insights and collaborate on improving the customer experience.

Job RequirementsQualifications:Education: Grad & Undergrad minimum 6 months of exp in Customer service considered.Require minimum B2-C1 Level of English.Location: Maadi technology ParkHours: Rotation shifts (9 hours – 8 hours work-1 hour break).Travel: Required as it is work from onsite.No Transportation.
