Payroll Specialist (SAP User)

* Job Summary:
The position of Payroll Specialist exists to:

- Implement HR policies, programs and practices for Payroll aligned with the ASSIH vision, mission and the ASSIH people plan.
- Ensure these policies, programs and practices are effectively utilized by management of all hospital departments.
- Investigate the fairness and objectivity in the application.
* Responsibilities & Duties:
- Acting on behalf of Remuneration Lead in his absence.
- Responsible of the procedures for social insurance for all staff.
- Responsible of the procedures for medical insurance for all staff.
- Preparation monthly payroll.
- Preparation monthly overtime shifts and visits.
- Coordination of social activities.
- To maintain confidentiality by:
- Considering conservation of information and documents in a secrecy.
- Follow the hospital's policy with regard to confidentiality.


Education: Bachelor degree Certification: HR Certificate or Diploma
