  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and provide support through ManyChat on all social media platforms via text.
  • FAQ Management: Utilize our set of FAQs to provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Response Time: Ensure rapid response times to all customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or suggestions to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to ensure cohesive support for our customers.
