About the Job :

A Digital Training Specialist is responsible for the design and development of e-learning content, the implementation of technology solutions, and the provision of support and training to users. They ensure that e-learning is engaging, interactive, and aligned with the learning objectives.

And support delivering soft skills and operation training.

Responsibilities :

Develop learning objectives by working with SMEs.

Create e-learning courses using the current tools and technologies.

Lead the designing of online instructional activities to support learners in blended and online instruction.

Identify training needs using a structured methodology to assist in the design of tailored training and development programs.

Deliver soft skills and technical training sessions for the new hired and exciting employees.

Delivers training/ coaching & OJ training for new/existing.

Creates and enhances training material and presentations.

Communicate regularly with Operations to assess agents needing training and deliver the required training.

Provides feedback and required reports on necessary activities connected with assigned projects.

Develop and design learning material, coordinate and review educational content, and incorporate the latest technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
