Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide call center via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate issues.
  4. Document and track customer interactions, including the nature of the problem and the solution provided.
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
  6. Provide clear and concise instructions to customers for problem resolution or escalation.

Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.knowledge of computer hardware, software.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
