Job Description:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews with the potential candidates.
- Follow up on the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
- Support the recruitment of freelance trainers and assessors & issuing associates agreements etc.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Processing new employees’ Medical Insurance and social insurance and employees’ terminations, leaves of absence, and other actions using appropriate forms
- Follow up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Manage contracts with office vendors and service providers.
- Manage travel arrangements for the upper management.
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like outings, celebrations, and conferences.
