- Assisting with special projects including designing and producing complex researches, documents, reports, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining it, and saving documents.
- Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties;
- Composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists.
- Assist in the selection of vendors and purchase necessary raw materials for operation of organization.
- Manage information systems operations including hardware, software, desktop support and internal telecommunications.
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office .Ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.Excellent English and Arabic writing skills.Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary will be a plus
