Tasks and Responsibility:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and handle business queries.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Preparing periodic business reports.
