  • Looking for a new Customer Experience Agent to help us make the company a better place for our customers. 

Tasks and Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and handle business queries.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Preparing periodic business reports.

 Good computer skills Microsoft office, web-based tool, CRM.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent command of the English language spoken and written.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workMinimum one-year experience in office operations.Please answer screening questions to consider your application.
