- Manage the annual salary review process and ensure equitable and consistent compensation practices.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 2 to 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in FMCG or distribution industry.- Strong understanding of compensation principles, regulations, and market trends.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
