Role Description The Oracle Financial Functional Team Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for leading functional teams in the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials modules, ensuring that solutions align with client business requirements and industry best practices. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, overseeing system configuration, conducting functional testing, and coordinating user training and documentation. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to manage timelines, resolve issues, and support go-live and post-implementation activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and contributing to continuous enhancement of Ark Leap’s Oracle delivery methodologies.
Qualifications Strong team leadership skills, including mentoring, resource coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, especially Oracle Financials, and familiarity with related Oracle HR modules. Solid understanding of database concepts and how Oracle applications interact with underlying databases. Proven project management abilities, including planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery within scope and timelines. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage. Experience in end-to-end Oracle implementation or upgrade projects within sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, or financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into functional system designs. Clear, professional communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in global, multicultural teams. Adaptability to a hybrid working model and readiness to engage in client-facing activities as needed.
