IT Integration Lead | We’re Hiring
We are looking for an experienced IT Integration Lead to join our technology team and take ownership of the integration of applications and systems across the enterprise technology landscape. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end integration activities, ensuring seamless communication between systems, maintaining data consistency, supporting application performance, and delivering scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of application and system integration projects across the IT environment. Manage the end-to-end integration process, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business and technical requirements. Support change management activities, including impact assessment, testing, validation, and quality assurance before changes are moved into production. Provide technical 2nd-level support for enterprise applications, including evaluation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Identify, investigate, and resolve operational, administrative, and application support requests to ensure optimal system functionality. Develop and execute implementation, communication, and production change plans to ensure smooth application deployments. Monitor application performance, generate configuration reports, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues. Design, develop, and manage APIs to enable effective communication and data exchange between different systems. Work with middleware, API management, ETL tools, and other integration technologies to deliver robust integration solutions. Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure consistency, compatibility, and accuracy across integrated systems. Research and recommend integration best practices, tools, and solutions to continuously improve the IT environment. Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, application partners, and vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain system performance. Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical consultation and support during application implementation projects. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering integration solutions, processes, configurations, and support requirements. Ensure integration solutions follow appropriate security protocols and best practices while supporting compliance requirements. Align integration initiatives with business processes and overall organizational objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or another technology-related discipline.3–5+ years of relevant experience working with integration technologies, including middleware, API management, and ETL tools. Strong knowledge of integration protocols and standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML. Experience in API design, development, management, data mapping, and transformation. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and the ability to design scalable and robust integration solutions. Solid experience in system analysis and design, troubleshooting, and integration solution development. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliver integration projects successfully. Knowledge of integration security protocols and best practices. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Experience with FMCG business applications and an understanding of relevant business processes is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL, Oracle, networking fundamentals, Java/XML, and HTML. Experience with Oracle and Microsoft application platforms and enterprise mobile applications across i OS and Android is an advantage. English proficiency is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organization, teamwork, and customer-focused skills.
