Build strong supply planning fundamentals Improve forecasting and inventory management skills Develop analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strengthen cross-functional collaboration Grow confidence in managing planning activities independently Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Control, or a similar role Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and production planning processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
