About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Huawei South Africa Voice Account. In this role, you will provide high‑quality voice support to customers in the South African market, troubleshooting technical and non‑technical inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

· Provide voice support to customers in the South African market

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree (Technical graduates are preferred)
· English Level: B2 – B2+
· Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
· Ability to work in a structured, target‑driven environment
· Flexibility to work rotational shifts

What We Offer

· Competitive base salary:
· Technical: 14,000 – 19,000 EGP
· Non‑Technical: 12,800 – 17,300 EGP
· Monthly performance incentives – up to 3,500 EGP
· Attendance bonus – 500 EGP per month
· Rotational shifts – last shift ends at 9 PM
· 2 rotational days off per week
