Job Description
-Customer Success Specialist
_ Location: New Cairo
_ We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support clients throughout their journey with our real estate projects.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field-Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or customer success-Experience in real estate is preferred-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills-Ability to handle clients professionally
