Role Objectives As a Warehouse Shift Lead, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of receiving and returns within the warehouse. Ensures accurate inventory handling, team coordination, and process improvement. Roles & Responsibilities:Manage the receiving process by comparing system data with Google Sheets records to verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming items. Break down tasks and delegate responsibilities to warehouse keepers to ensure smooth and efficient operations during each shift. Review all item variances, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to reduce errors and maintain inventory accuracy. Oversee the return process to suppliers, ensuring all items are properly tracked and dispatched in accordance with company policies. Train new warehouse joiners on receiving, returns, and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and performance. REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLSBachelor's degree Minimum of 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage tasks. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping, compliance, and reporting. Excellent communication abilities. Very good command of English. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
