Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional support, ensuring a positive customer experience, and accurately handling customer data and requests.

Qualifications

Solid skills and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain a high standard of service excellence Strong active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) preferred Proficiency in using customer service and CRM tools is a plus Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly beneficial Proficiency level in English from B1+ to B2
