Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction by providing efficient and effective support. Responsibilities include managing customer experiences, handling complaints, and maintaining positive relationships to enhance overall customer satisfaction. The representative will also proactively ensure that customer needs are met to the highest standard.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support skills Strong abilities in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred Ability to work effectively on-site in Qesm El Maadi Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous A
