The Senior Account Manager (Loyalty & Rewards Programs) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients using loyalty, rewards, and points-based solutions. The role focuses on overseeing loyalty program performance, optimizing program structures, and delivering strategic insights that enhance customer engagement and retention. The Senior Account Manager works closely with internal technical, analytics, and marketing teams, while identifying opportunities for program enhancements, upselling, and long-term account growth.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, CRM, Data Analytics, or a related field• 4–6 years of experience in account management, loyalty & rewards programs, CRM, or customer engagement roles• Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics (points accrual, redemption, tiers, benefits, and segmentation)• Proven experience working with loyalty platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, KPIs, and customer behavior insights• Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; data visualization and reporting tools are a plus• Experience within software, digital platforms, fintech, or customer engagement solutions is preferred
