Personnel Specialist

  • Fully responsible for employee transportation company coordination and submitting weekly reports.
  • Handling all dealings with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance Offices, etc.).
    Issuing and managing medical insurance cards for employees.
  • Opening and managing bank accounts for employees.
  • Following up on payroll variables, overtime calculations, and related adjustments.
  • Updating, maintaining, and reviewing employee personnel files on a regular basis.
  • Preparing all required HR  personnel statistics and reports.
  • Following up on social insurance procedures in coordination with company representatives.
  • Updating and maintaining job titles in accordance with company structure and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring payment of all governmental dues, including:
  • Emergency Aid Fund
  • Cultural, Social, and Service Funds
  • 1% emergency fund 
  • Managing and following up on new Social Insurance compensations, such as:
  • Sick leave compensations
  • Applying and enforcing all forms related to the new internal bylaws, ensuring strict compliance without any exceptions.
  • Implementing the Internal Work Regulations in full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law No. 14 of 2025.
