Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a National Account Director at Stitch®. The individual in this role will oversee the management and growth of national accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities include executing business planning, leading contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The role requires proactive leadership and collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational goals and market strategies.
Qualifications Proven skills in Business Planning and creating strategic roadmaps for account management and growth Strong experience in Contract Negotiation and closing complex agreements effectively Expertise in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships Demonstrated success in Sales and managing National Accounts to deliver measurable results Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and collaborate with various stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Familiarity with AI-driven customer engagement platforms is an advantage
