Role & Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure individual and collective targets are achieved. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline performance, and lead conversion rates. Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and site visits when required. Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to Sales Manager. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project inventory, pricing, availability, and market trends.
Educational Background, Skills, and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Special Requirements:In-depth understanding of real estate development processes and project lifecycles. Established network of clients, brokers, and industry partners. Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English). Valid driver’s license. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
