Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in New Cairo. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks include providing product information, analyzing and addressing customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a supportive customer experience. You will actively collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and achieve performance goals.
