Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position for a C1 English Speaker based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through various communication channels. Additional tasks include managing daily interactions with customers, maintaining high levels of customer experience, and contributing to the development of positive relationships. While the job requires physical presence in the office in Cairo, some remote work is also permitted.
Qualifications Proven proficiency in customer service, customer satisfaction, and customer experience, with a strong ability to understand and effectively address client needs. Demonstrated expertise in customer support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to empathize, build rapport, and maintain positive relationships with diverse customers. Experience using CRM systems and related technological tools; adaptability to new platforms is an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, supported by strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience is considered an asset.
