Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role located in New Cairo. The Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves providing exceptional customer and technical support, analyzing customer feedback, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while working collaboratively with the broader customer service team.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to help address and resolve customer issues effectively. Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate empathetically and build positive customer relationships. Technical Support expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. Proven Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and identify appropriate solutions. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment in New Cairo. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
