recruitment (mass hiring) will not be considered
• Fixed shifts: From 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Description.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through different
channels.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of
need.
• Screening applicants and filtering
•Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and
source of hire
•Mediating between candidates and hiring managers
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in recruiting fluent English
speakers for call centers/telemarketing agencies is a
must.
• Universitv graduates
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Ready to join immediately
