Role Description-Coordinate vessel arrivals, berthing, and departures to ensure timely turnaround, compliance with regulations,and optimal resource utilization.-The day-to-day operations for vessels, ship masters, and clients to ensure smooth, compliant,and efficient port calls.-Handling everything from pre-arrival planning and documentation (like Bills of Lading, permits, manifests)to cargo documentation.-Reporting timely vessels updates (ETA/ETB/ETS) and resolving operational issues via coordination with seniors.-Maintain records, update company databases (tariffs, circulars), and use shipping software.-Jointly with port operations team follow up vessel activities in port, ensuring efficient cargohandling and compliance with safety/regulations.-Familiar with MTS registration for imported shipments.-Familiar with husbandry matters procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:-Bachelor’s degree.-Excellent command of English language.-Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the same field and required job.-Familiarity with port authority systems and marine operations.-Knowledge of various cargo operations.-Communication and coordination skills-Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments-Proficiency in MS Office and port operation systems.-Flexible, hardworking, discipline.
