???? Junior Video Editor — (Remote / Full-time)
Child Roo is a baby sleep app helping tired parents teach healthy, science-based sleep habits for their babies. We’re looking for a Junior Video Editor with a strong visual taste and fast execution to help us create short, engaging videos for social media.
What you’ll do Edit short-form videos (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts) using Cap Cut Select the right stock videos with good harmony, rhythm, and emotion Create AI voice-overs using tools like Eleven Labs Add captions, pacing, and simple motion to make videos scroll-stopping Do quick online research to support video ideas and scripts Work fast, iterate quickly, and ship daily
What we’re looking for Strong visual taste and sense of timing (more important ) Very comfortable with Cap Cut Experience using AI tools (voice-over, captions, stock, etc.) Fast learner, detail-oriented, and self-driven Interest in parenting, content, or storytelling is a plus
Nice to have Experience with Tik Tok-style content Basic understanding of hooks and retention
This is a junior role, we care more about taste, speed, and curiosity than a perfect CV.
