  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms to support the foundation’s community development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, and social workers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate data exchange between systems and external partners.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of all digital platforms and applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve the foundation’s digital offerings.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of new digital projects aligned with the foundation’s mission.
