WE'RE HIRING: Senior Full-Stack Developer (Web, Mobile, AI & Automation)
Location: Nasr City, Egypt Job Type: Full-Time | On-site only (No remote work)

Salary: EGP 24,000 – 26,500 net/month (Depending on experience + performance incentives)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can:
Take full ownership of technical architecture and development Lead complex client projects with multi-layered functionalities Integrate AI solutions and automation for business processes Ensure security, performance, and scalability across projects
You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing specialists to deliver projects with measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-level web applications and dashboards Lead frontend and backend development with React, Next.js, Node.js, and Type Script Integrate AI-powered solutions (Open AI, Lang Chain, custom AI agents) Implement automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or custom scripts Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs & databases Optimise website performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO technical issues Collaborate with clients to define technical roadmaps and project scope Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and implement best practices Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security standards
Required Technical Skills
Frontend: React.js (Expert) Next.js (App Router & SSR/SSG) Type Script (Advanced) Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, or Material UI Performance optimisation & accessibility
Backend: Node.js & Express / Nest JSREST & Graph QL APIsFirebase / Mongo DB / Postgre SQL Authentication, authorisation, and role-based access Payment gateway integration (Stripe, Pay Pal, Razorpay)
AI & Automation:Open AI API, Chat GPT, Lang Chain AI chatbots, custom agents, recommendation engines Automation tools: Zapier, Make, Pabbly, or custom Python scripts
CMS & Platforms:Word Press (Custom themes, plugins, security, performance) Shopify (Customisation & optimisation) Webflow / Headless CMS (bonus)
Dev Ops / Deployment:Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or GCPCI/CD pipelines, Docker, serverless functions
Professional & Leadership Skills
5+ years of professional experience with real-world project delivery Strong architecture and system design mindset Excellent communication & client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving
Preferred
Saa S platform development experience CRM & third-party API integrations (Hub Spot, Zoho, Airtable) SEO-driven development mindset Strong UI/UX understanding & Figma collaboration Knowledge of analytics & tracking (GA4, Hotjar, Segment) Security-first approach (OWASP standards, GDPR compliance
