Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-sales Specialist, based in Cairo. The Tele-sales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks that include reaching out to prospective customers, presenting services or products, generating leads, and managing follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a professional relationship with clients and requires meeting sales targets through effective communication strategies.

Qualifications

Strong communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs. Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to strategize, execute, and meet sales targets efficiently. Experience in Training or mentoring team members would be an asset. Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues and work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in tele-sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive approach, excellent persuasion skills, and willingness to adapt to dynamic environments. Fluency in English and/or Arabic is an advantage.
