Role Description

This is a 2 hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility to work partially from home. The role requires providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing inquiries via various communication channels. A key part of the role includes resolving issues, managing requests, and maintaining positive customer experiences. Representatives are expected to contribute to fostering long-term relationships with customers and delivering remarkable service tailored to their needs.

Qualifications
