Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (C1 level) to join our expanding team in Cairo Egypt. This hybrid role combines both remote and on-site work, offering flexibility while maintaining professional engagement. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding the service excellence associated with the Vodafone brand.
