IT Senior Recruiter

  1. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, phone screening, filtering CVs’, conducting HR interviews, coordinating technical interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
  2. Writing and publishing of job ads.
  3. Coordinate with the hiring managers to get a clear view on their staffing needs.
  4. Develop and update the job description that reflect each position’s requirements according to the managers’ notes.
  5. Update the database by using applicant tracking system (ATS).
  6. Sharing job posts on LinkedIn.
  7. Headhunting on LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates.
  8. Send recruiting messages on LinkedIn with current job openings to a massive number of candidates.
  9. Conduct CBI interviews with candidates.
  10. Follow up with managers during interviews phase, coordinate the interviews process and support in scheduling as well.
  11. Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the hiring process.

Bachelor's degreeProfessional certificate in Human Resources ManagementExcellent command of EnglishProven work experience as a Recruiter for more than 4 years (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
