- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, phone screening, filtering CVs’, conducting HR interviews, coordinating technical interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Writing and publishing of job ads.
- Coordinate with the hiring managers to get a clear view on their staffing needs.
- Develop and update the job description that reflect each position’s requirements according to the managers’ notes.
- Update the database by using applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Sharing job posts on LinkedIn.
- Headhunting on LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates.
- Send recruiting messages on LinkedIn with current job openings to a massive number of candidates.
- Conduct CBI interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with managers during interviews phase, coordinate the interviews process and support in scheduling as well.
- Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the hiring process.
