Business Development Executive

  • Acquire the potential sellers and service providers.
  • Identify and generate leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of Partner satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing, Content, and product teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and ensure the proper documentation of deals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business2-4 years' of relevant work experience, ideally in e-commerce fieldFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHas a strong sense of urgency and commitment.Beauty Industry experience is a plus
