- Acquire the potential sellers and service providers.
- Identify and generate leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure high levels of Partner satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
- Work closely with marketing, Content, and product teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales, and ensure the proper documentation of deals.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business2-4 years' of relevant work experience, ideally in e-commerce fieldFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHas a strong sense of urgency and commitment.Beauty Industry experience is a plus
