Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Technical Talent Acquisition professional at Nexttec Technology Outsourcing. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers. The Technical Talent Acquisition professional will collaborate with the HR team to attract and retain top talent for Nexttec Technology Outsourcing.


  • 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT industry (Oracle ERP & Technology On Premise and Cloud Solutions )
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methods, and passive candidate outreach
  • Experience in conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
  • Experience with recruiting for international clients in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is a plus
