- Manage project contracts and financials, ensuring timely collection of required documents and updating electronic files accurately.
- Follow up with customers regularly to minimize collection cycle duration and enhance the process, while coordinating with Operations, Sales, and Finance to keep transactions timely.
- Review contracts and purchase orders with customers/agents, track orders, and assist in revenue forecasting with the Country Manager.
- Prepare and track receivables weekly, communicate with customers to ensure collection, and assist the Regional Financial Controller with doubtful provisions and write-offs.
- Organize and manage technical and financial documentation, update Oracle system data, and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Support the Sales team with invoice preparation, assist with financial reporting, monitor costs and performance, and collaborate on QHSE plans and team training.
2-4 years of experience in contract and financial business management.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degreeProficient in MS Office applications and Microsoft Project Planner.
