Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an English Customer Service Representative at Sutherland's location in New Cairo. The daily tasks involve providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Fresh Grads, undergrads with no attendance and dropouts can APPLY!!
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts is a MUST!
- Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1)
