Job Responsibilities:

In the role of Senior Sales at Paradigm Cargo, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing daily sales activities from prospect generation to deal closure
  • Identifying new business prospects
  • Cultivating and sustaining customer relationships
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Achieving sales targets for the freight service lines
  • Collaborate with Operations department to fulfill RFQ and monitor customer shipments
  • Cultivate and onboard new business accounts
  • Collaborating with management to meet sales goals and contribute to the company's objectives.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the freight forwarding industry. (must)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or relevant
  • Sales management experience (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
  • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and the freight industry

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in advanced sales techniques and strategies
  • In-depth understanding of freight forwarding operations and procedures
  • Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales management

 

Interpersonal Skills

  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong dedication to customer service
  • Proficiency in relationship-building with customers
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration capabilities
