Job Responsibilities:
In the role of Senior Sales at Paradigm Cargo, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing daily sales activities from prospect generation to deal closure
- Identifying new business prospects
- Cultivating and sustaining customer relationships
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Achieving sales targets for the freight service lines
- Collaborate with Operations department to fulfill RFQ and monitor customer shipments
- Cultivate and onboard new business accounts
- Collaborating with management to meet sales goals and contribute to the company's objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the freight forwarding industry. (must)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or relevant
- Sales management experience (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and the freight industry
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in advanced sales techniques and strategies
- In-depth understanding of freight forwarding operations and procedures
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales management
