Provide technical support for enterprise applications, ensuring their availability and functionality
Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to enterprise applications
Collaborate with development teams in designing, testing, and implementing application enhancements and upgrades
Create and maintain documentation for application support procedures
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for application integrations and deployments
Monitor application performance and conduct regular system health checks
Participate in the planning and execution of application testing and validation
Assist in the development and implementation of application policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enterprise application support and management

Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise application support or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in enterprise applications
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience with application integration and deployment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred
