Job Purpose The Oracle EPM Senior Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The role ensures that Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premises applications are effectively deployed to improve financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. Acting as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, the Senior Consultant collaborates with business and technical teams to translate organizational goals into scalable EPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning and Budgeting (PBCS , EPBCS) , Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), Narrative Reporting, and Account Reconciliation (ARCS). Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to capture and analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into effective solution designs. Configure applications, develop calculation scripts, business rules, and data integrations using Oracle EPM tools and best practices. Design and implement data integration strategies using Data Management. Develop and execute test plans, manage UAT cycles, and ensure solutions meet business and performance requirements. Deliver user training sessions and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and self-sufficiency for end users and administrators. Support project planning, estimation, and delivery, mentoring junior consultants and ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Provide strategic advice on Oracle EPM capabilities, roadmap alignment, and best practices to support continuous business transformation.


Required Qualifications Must have completed at least two (2) full life cycle cloud-based Oracle EPM implementations to include one of the following modules :EPBCS or PBCSFCCSARCS, and/or PCMCS3+ years of relevant consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a large or boutique consulting firm or serving as an internal consultant within industry. Experience in public sector(KSA) is a plus. Experience writing business rules. Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and cycles (i.e., development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, hyper-care). Proven experience in supporting implementations by gathering system and business requirements, the design and build of Oracle EPM modules EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and/or PCMCS solutions including writing calculation scripts and building applications from end to end. Proven experience interacting and communicating improvements and requirements with both business oriented and IT oriented clients.
