We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team and manage international shipping, freight coordination, customs clearance, and warehouse receiving activities between Egypt & KSA.???? Job Title: Logistics Coordinator???? Location: Maadi – Freedom Square, Cairo, Egypt???? Work Model: On-site???? Employment Type: Full-Time⏳ Experience: 5–7 Years????️ Industry: Construction / Contracting

JOB PURPOSETo coordinate and monitor shipping, transportation, and customs clearance operations, ensuring smooth shipment movement from origin through customs clearance until final delivery and receipt at warehouses, while coordinating effectively with all relevant parties in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Coordinate and follow up on international shipping operations.• Manage and monitor customs clearance procedures in Egypt and KSA.• Coordinate freight activities with shipping companies, carriers, and logistics service providers.• Handle and follow up on ACI / NAFEZA / FASAH systems and procedures.• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.• Coordinate with warehouses and follow up on shipment receiving activities.• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and internal teams.• Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and complete.✅ REQUIREMENTS• 5–7 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, and customs clearance.• Previous experience in Construction / Contracting Companies is mandatory.• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.• Strong experience in international shipping and customs clearance procedures.• Familiarity with ACI, NAFEZA, and FASAH.• Experience coordinating with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.• Good command of English, both written and spoken.• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.• High attention to detail and accuracy.
