المسؤوليات الأساسية:
إدارة واستكشاف مشاكل LAN/WAN، المحولات، الموجهات، الجدران النارية، وشبكة الواي فاي.
إدارة سياسات جدار الحماية FortiGate، خدمات VPN، وأمن الشبكة.
مراقبة الاتصال، الأداء، والتنبيهات الحرجة.
الحفاظ على عناوين IP، VLANs، التوجيه، DHCP/DNS، والتوثيق.
تقديم الدعم للمستخدمين النهائيين وتصعيد الحوادث المعقدة.
تطبيق سياسات أمان تكنولوجيا المعلومات، التصحيح، ومعايير الامتثال.
المتطلبات
3–5 سنوات من خبرة إدارة الشبكات.
معرفة قوية بـ TCP/IP، VLANs، التوجيه، التبديل.
يفضل خبرة عملية مع جدار حماية FortiGate.
مهارات اتصال جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
شهادة Fortinet NSE/FCP أو Cisco CCNA.
خبرة مع FortiAnalyzer، SIEM، أو SD-WAN.
معرفة بأساسيات ITIL.
Role Purpose: Ensure the availability, security, and performance of LAN/WAN, Internet, firewalls, switching, wireless, and network services, while providing professional help desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
Manage FortiGate firewall policies, VPN services, and network security.
Monitor connectivity, performance, and critical alerts.
Maintain IP addressing, VLANs, routing, DHCP/DNS, and documentation.
Provide end-user support and escalate complex incidents.
Apply IT security policies, patching, and compliance standards.
Requirements
3–5 years of network administration experience.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching.
Hands-on FortiGate firewall experience preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Fortinet NSE/FCP or Cisco CCNA certification.
Experience with FortiAnalyzer, SIEM, or SD-WAN.
ITIL Foundation knowledge.
