يفضل وجود بكالوريوس في التمويل، المحاسبة، أو مجال مشابه
تسجيل جميع المعاملات المصرفية في نظام المحاسبة يومياً.
إجراء تسويات بنكية منتظمة والتحقق من الفروق
مراقبة الحسابات البنكية لضمان توفير الأموال والتدفق النقدي المناسب
التعامل مع المدفوعات البنكية الواردة والصادرة والتأكد من تسجيلها بدقة
دعم التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي من خلال تقديم الوثائق والتقارير المصرفية ذات الصلة
المتطلبات
تجربة سابقة في هذا الدور في صناعة العقارات أو البناء إجبارية
الإلمام ببرمجيات ERP ؛ استخدام ممتاز لـ MS Office
بكالوريوس/ليسانس في التمويل، المحاسبة
Proven experience at this role form 4-7 years
A past experience at this role in Real Estate industry is Mandatory
Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations
Familiarity with ERP softwares; excellent use of MS Office
Ability to work diligently to meet targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented approach to handling problems
BSc/BA in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field preferred
Record all bank transactions in the accounting system on a daily basis.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds and proper cash flow management.
Handle incoming and outgoing bank payments and ensure they are recorded accurately.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant banking documentation and reports.
