المسؤوليات الأساسية:
الإشراف على عمليات الحسابات الدائنة اليومية، بما في ذلك معالجة الفواتير، والتحقق منها، ونشرها.
ضمان الدفع في الوقت المناسب والدقة للبائعين والموردين ومقدمي الخدمات.
مراجعة واعتماد الفواتير وطلبات الدفع والمستندات الداعمة.
الحفاظ على سجلات AP بشكل صحيح والتأكد من التسوية الدقيقة لبيانات البائعين.
التنسيق مع الشراء والمالية وعمليات العيادة لحل فروقات الفواتير.
مراقبة تقارير شيخوخة الحسابات الدائنة وضمان إدارة المبالغ المستحقة بشكل صحيح.
التأكد من الامتثال للضوابط الداخلية وسياسات الشركة والمعايير المحاسبية.
دعم أنشطة الإغلاق الشهرية المتعلقة بالحسابات الدائنة.
إعداد تقارير AP دورياً وتوفير التحليل عند الحاجة.
إرشاد ودعم أعضاء فريق AP، مع ضمان الكفاءة والدقة في المهام اليومية.
التعامل مع استفسارات البائعين بمهنية والحفاظ على علاقات عمل قوية.
المتطلبات
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
5–7 سنوات من الخبرة في الحسابات الدائنة، مع ما لا يقل عن 1–2 سنة في دور إشرافي.
فهم قوي لعمليات الحسابات الدائنة والمدفوعات وتسوياتها.
خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة المحاسبة/ERP.
انتباه عالي للتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية قوية.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
مهارات اتصال ومهارات حل المشكلات قوية.
الخبرة السابقة في الرعاية الصحية أو العيادات تعتبر ميزة.
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, timely payments to vendors, and compliance with company policies and financial controls. The role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting smooth financial operations across iVein Clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, verification, and posting.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Review and approve invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper AP records and ensure accurate reconciliation of vendor statements.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and clinic operations to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Monitor AP aging reports and ensure outstanding balances are properly managed.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
Prepare periodic AP reports and provide analysis when required.
Guide and support AP team members, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
Handle vendor inquiries professionally and maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of AP processes, payments, and reconciliations.
Experience working with accounting/ERP systems.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in healthcare or clinics is a plus.
