المسؤوليات الأساسية: - الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للفرع وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتحفيز الفريق لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة.
- متابعة أداء الفرع وإعداد تقارير دورية.
- ضمان الحفاظ على العرض البصري ومعايير المتجر.
- إدارة المخزون ومستويات المخزون بكفاءة.
- تقديم تجربة عميل استثنائية تتماشى مع معايير العلامة التجارية.
- راتب تنافسي + عمولة بيئة عمل مهنية فرص نمو نتطلع إلى طلباتكم متطلباتهم: - خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة الفرع/المتجر.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة فروع الملابس الراقية تعتبر أساسية.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الفرق وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- مهارات قيادية قوية، تواصل، وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على تحليل الأداء وتنفيذ خطط التحسين.
