Job Title: Production & Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Specialist to oversee our garment manufacturing process from raw materials to final packaging. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and delivery, ensuring our collection meets the highest standards of quality, timeline efficiency, and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Fabric & Material Sourcing: Source, procure, and manage inventory for all necessary fabrics, textiles, and trims required for production. Quality Control & Tailor Oversight: Routinely inspect the work of our tailoring team to ensure perfect construction, accurate fit, and adherence to design specifications. Inventory & Packaging Management: Maintain accurate stock counts of raw materials and finished goods. Oversee the final folding, tagging, and packaging process to ensure a premium unboxing experience. Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between designers, tailors, vendors, and the management team to keep production schedules on track.
Requirements:Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required to manage vendor and team communications effectively. Availability: Immediate start. Candidates must be available to join the team right away.
