Core Responsibilities:Operational & Functional Excellence Supervise the daily operations of all social media platforms to ensure timely, engaging, and high-quality content delivery. Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, commercial priorities, and organizational objectives. Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and digital activations across all brands within the group. Coordinate content production with creative graphic design, photography, videography, and production teams to ensure timely campaign delivery. Monitor campaign execution to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and marketing objectives. Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights. Monitor KPIs include engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness. Recommend optimization strategies based on performance analysis, audience behavior, and digital trends. Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns in coordination with the Digital Marketing team. Assist in developing influencer marketing campaigns and strategic digital partnerships. Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and maximize return on digital marketing initiatives. Ensure efficient management of multiple campaigns and competing priorities while maintaining quality standards. People & Collaboration Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate the performance of Social Media Executives. Allocate work effectively across team members to ensure balanced workload and timely delivery. Conduct regular performance discussions and provide continuous feedback for employee development. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Branding, Creative Design, Medical, Commercial, Patient Experience, HR, and Operations teams to develop integrated digital campaigns. Customer, Patient & Stakeholder Focus Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels. Create engaging digital experiences that strengthen customer awareness, trust, and engagement. Monitor audience interactions and ensure timely, professional responses to inquiries and comments. Support online reputation management through proactive engagement and effective issue resolution. Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement Ensure all published content complies with organizational branding guidelines, communication standards, and healthcare advertising regulations. Ensure compliance with copyright, intellectual property, patient privacy, and data protection requirements. Review content for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with organizational policies before publication. Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and sensitive marketing materials. Monitor platform updates, emerging technologies, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve social media performance
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree at any discipline.+5 years of experience in the social media.2 years of them at senior or supervision role. Strong knowledge of managing business accounts across major social media platforms Knowledge of social media KPIs, analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and interpreting performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
